What time is check-in?
Check-in is 4:00 PM
What time is check-out?
10:00 AM
How will I receive my arrival instructions?
Seven days prior to check-in you'll receive arrival information, access instructions, parking guidance, Wi-Fi details, and other important information.
Is self check-in available?
Yes. All check-ins are self-check-in. Southern Serenity uses an electronic lock. You will be assigned a unique code that you'll use throughout your stay. Codes are deactivated following guest check-out.
Where should we park?
Southern Serenity provides parking for up to three passenger or light utility vehicles.
To comply with Town regulations:
· No trailers
· No RVs
· No oversized commercial vehicles
Where can we buy groceries?
You have two convenient grocery options nearby, and both are easy to reach from Southern Serenity.
Walmart Supercenter
- Distance: 3.8 miles
- Drive Time: About 9 minutes (traffic permitting)
- Location: Just off the north end of Fort Myers Beach
Many guests have groceries delivered before they arrive so they can start enjoying their vacation immediately. Walmart offers same-day grocery delivery in our area, and a Walmart+ membership includes unlimited free grocery delivery on eligible orders over $35. Membership is currently $12.95 per month or $98 per year (plus applicable tax). Non-members can also order delivery for a per-order delivery fee in many areas. (Walmart.com)
Publix Super Market
- Distance: 2.2 miles
- Drive Time: About 7 minutes
- Location: On Fort Myers Beach
Publix is the closest full-service grocery store and is a favorite among both visitors and locals. It's a convenient stop for fresh produce, deli items, bakery selections, seafood, and other vacation essentials.
Whether you prefer to shop in person or have your groceries waiting when you arrive, both stores make stocking up quick and convenient so you can spend more time enjoying your vacation.
What starter supplies are provided?
Unlike many vacation rentals that provide only a minimal supply of essentials, Southern Serenity is stocked to help you settle in and start enjoying your vacation right away.
We provide a generous supply of many everyday necessities, including:
- Paper towels
- Toilet paper
- Facial tissues
- Hand soap (kitchen and bathrooms)
- Dish soap
- Body wash
- Shampoo and conditioner
- Laundry detergent
- Dishwasher detergent
- Trash bags
- Coffee filters
- Propane for the grill
- And many other household essentials
Our goal is for you to spend less time shopping and more time relaxing. In fact, it's rare for guests to tell us they've run out of the supplies we provide.
If you do need to replenish anything during your stay, you'll find both Publix and Walmart just a short drive away. Many guests also choose to have groceries delivered before or shortly after arrival for added convenience.
