The layout allows guests to gather comfortably while still enjoying private spaces to relax. The first level includes an apartment-like suite with a Queen Murphy bed, full kitchen, and full bathroom, which many guests find helpful for grandparents or those who prefer fewer stairs. Additionally, guests can enjoy a private heated pool, making their stay at Fort Myers Beach even more memorable.
Maximum Occupancy
This family vacation rental in Fort Myers Beach accommodates up to 12 guests, ensuring comfort, safety, and a positive experience for everyone staying at the property, complete with a private heated pool.

Multi-Level Home
Interior stairs are required to access the main living areas and upper bedrooms of this family vacation rental at Fort Myers Beach. While the first-level suite provides flexibility for some guests, the home is not specifically designed or certified as ADA-accessible. If mobility considerations are important for your stay, especially with a group enjoying the private heated pool, we encourage you to reach out so we can help determine whether the home will be comfortable for you.
Private Heated Pool — No Extra Fees
The pool at our family vacation rental in Fort Myers Beach is heated year-round to approximately 83 degrees and is included as part of your stay. Unlike some vacation rentals that charge additional fees for pool heating, we believe guests should be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space with a private heated pool, without unexpected add-on charges. We also go over-and-above with professional pool service twice weekly at no additional cost to ensure that your pool is sparkling clear all throughout your stay.
Safety, Security & Property Monitoring
For the safety and security of our guests, neighbors, and property, our family vacation rental at Southern Serenity utilizes clearly visible exterior security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private interior spaces.
The property is also equipped with Minut® noise and occupancy monitoring technology. These devices do not record conversations or audio of any kind. They simply measure crowd and decibel levels to help ensure compliance with occupancy limits, neighborhood quiet hours, and Town of Fort Myers Beach short-term rental requirements.
These systems are intended to help preserve a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for both our guests and surrounding neighbors, especially those enjoying the private heated pool.
