We want every guest’s stay at Southern Serenity to feel relaxed, comfortable, and memorable. To help ensure the home is the right fit for your group, here are a few important things to know before reserving your stay. 

 Southern Serenity is especially well-suited for family vacations, reunions, and groups traveling together across multiple generations. The layout allows guests to gather comfortably while still enjoying private spaces to relax.

The first level includes an apartment-like suite with a Queen Murphy bed, full kitchen, and full bathroom, which many guests find helpful for grandparents or those who prefer fewer stairs.

The home accommodates up to 12 guests. This helps maintain comfort, safety, and a positive experience for everyone staying at the property. 

 Southern Serenity is located in a residential neighborhood where guests value relaxation and respectful surroundings. The home is not designed for large parties, events, or disruptive gatherings.

Guests who appreciate a peaceful beach atmosphere and quality time with family and friends tend to find the home an ideal fit.

Interior stairs are required to access the main living areas and upper bedrooms. While the first-level suite provides flexibility for some guests, the home is not specifically designed or certified as ADA-accessible.

The pool is heated year-round to approximately 83 degrees and is included as part of your stay. Unlike some vacation rentals that charge additional fees for pool heating, we believe guests should be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space without unexpected add-on charges.
