Notice to guests: Southern Serenity has outdoor security cameras that are clearly visible for security purposes only. There are no concealed cameras inside the home. We also use noise monitoring devices that measure crowd and decibel levels, but they do not have the capability to listen to or record conversations. Alerts are set to notify our property manager only if occupancy is exceeded or if a very loud party occurs, which would likely already have been reported by neighbors. Any tampering with the device will also trigger an alert.
