Reservations may be made directly through our website or through our trusted booking partners.
What payment schedule do you use?
For direct bookings and most reservations:
• One-third due at booking
• One-third due 45 days before arrival
• Final payment due 21 days before arrival
Third-party websites may have different payment schedules
What is your cancellation policy?
- 15+ days: 100% refund
- 7–14 days: 50% refund
- Fewer than 7 days: Non-refundable.
Is there a Rental Agreement?
Yes, the Town of Fort Myers Beach requires all short-term rental guests sign a Code of Conduct acknowledgment form. We'll send a copy for your e-Signature about a week before your check-in.
